The British Club is one of the oldest and most popular clubs in Bahrain. The Club was founded in 1935 and was originally known as The Gymkhana Club. Since then it has gone from strength to strength and currently boasts a membership of around 1500 members.

The club offers a safe, friendly atmosphere for individuals and families to relax in, and has a wide range of facilities. These include:-

One of our main attractions is a fully equipped Gym for all those who wish to get or remain fit. The Gym provides some of the latest equipment for exercise and fitness sessions are held on a regular basis.

The Club has probably the best stocked English language Library in Bahrain that also includes a large selection of Children's books.

 

The club has many sections that hold Regular Events as well as Special Events.

These include:- Drama/Theatre Productions Classical Evenings and many more Live Entertainment Line Dancing Classes Tots & Toddlers
