The early stages of running (or recovery) are certainly the hardest part. You may not have gotten the chance to see real progress or felt the satisfaction of crossing a finish line. But you’re nothing if not dedicated. Come what may, you’ll be out there sweating away until you reach your goal. You’re the select few who make it past the beginning stage and enter into the realm of running for fun.

Want to join us?

Our Club running group meet regularly (weather permitting) for a varied selection of outdoor road runs. We have all abilities, some beginners and some training for marathons or triathlons. All of us enjoy pounding the pavements and returning to the club for a good meal and some refreshing beverages. For more info please contact us.
