The relaxing Yoga classes at The British Club are led by me, Fatima, a highly experienced instructor, who will guide you through the poses to help you achieve maximum benefit. The classes are designed to help you reduce stress, improve flexibility, and increase strength and balance. Through regular practice, you'll be able to enjoy a healthier and happier lifestyle.
These classes are open to members and non-members and are subject to additional cost.
A decade ago, after the birth of my daughter, I was absolutely determined to overcome post-partum depression and embrace motherhood and connect with my new baby, I then became a children’s yoga teacher. As a Mini Me Yoga Ambassador I trained parents and educators. I enjoy teaching kids and teenagers mindfulness practices, to be focused, strong, reduce stress with enhanced mental health and to spread joy.
Currently, I am a a certified RYT 200 hour yoga teacher, practicing both hatha & vinyasa styles to both Corporates and individuals. I am passionate about inspiring people to overcome challenges, transform and grow by learning. My yoga classes place emphasis on stronger body-mind awareness by focusing on aligning asanas with breath.
