The relaxing Yoga classes at The British Club are led by me, Fatima, a highly experienced instructor, who will guide you through the poses to help you achieve maximum benefit. The classes are designed to help you reduce stress, improve flexibility, and increase strength and balance. Through regular practice, you'll be able to enjoy a healthier and happier lifestyle.
These classes are open to members and non-members and are subject to additional cost.
About Me
A dedicated advocate for mental health, Fatima a certified RYT 200 hour yoga teacher, conducts group yoga classes for adults and organizes corporate events alongside interactive sessions for children aimed at enhancing both physical and mental well-being. Her initiatives include prominent events such as Bahrain Sports Day and collaborations with corporations such as Bapco Energies and the Bahrain Yoga Committee.
Fatima was recognized by the Rotary Club of Manama as a guest speaker, where she shared her expertise on yoga and mindful practices. She was also commended for her commitment to philanthropic yoga initiatives within the community, including yoga sessions at schools, for orphans and special needs children.

About me …
Life fascinates me, and I am always seeking ways to grow and bring more meaning into everything I do.
I hold a Bachelor of Science in Commerce, majoring in Accounting, and later followed my passion for personal growth by becoming a Certified Life Coach with the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching in New York City, year 2012.
My journey continued into the world of yoga, where I trained under Dr. Vrushakapi Guruji, for Traditional Yoga, 2021 and later completed my Multi-Style Yoga Teacher Certification at the World Peace Yoga School in Rishikesh, India, 2024.
Alongside my professional role as a Personal Assistant to a Director, I have been a dedicated practitioner of Tai Chi and yoga for over a decade. What began as a personal journey toward balance and self-awareness has evolved into a passion for sharing these practices with others.
I believe that yoga is more than just physical movement—it is a holistic practice that supports overall well-being. With consistent and mindful practice, it can help improve flexibility, reduce stress, and support effective pain management.
Today, I am committed to guiding others on their own journey toward balance, wellness, and inner growth.
